Shipping and returns

Delivery

We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment and usually reach you within 5-8 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping is ₹60 per order. Orders of ₹999 or more ship free.

We currently take online orders for delivery within India only. For orders outside India, please contact us for a quotation.

Prices and GST

All prices shown include GST. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns and refunds

Because these are food products, we cannot accept returns of items once delivered, unless the order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and normally reach your account within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. A full refund will be made to the original payment method.
